Terms of service

By using the web application Typewizz.com you confirm that you have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions and the way of processing and protection of personal data. These Terms and Conditions are valid for all Typewizz users.


1. General

  1. The Terms and Conditions (referred to as the “Terms”) govern all rights of the user (referred to as the “User”) of the Typewizz web application (referred to as the “Application”) and all rights and obligations of the Provider of the Application.

  2. The Operator of the Application is Typewizz (hereinafter "Typewizz") represented by partners Jiří Krepl, registered in the trade register, ID: 05351481, with its registered office at SNP80/19, 796 07 Držovice, and Stanislav Tomiga, ID: 01799746, with its registered office at Mlýnská 19/18, 798 17 Smržice (hereinafter "Provider").


2. What is Typewizz.com

  1. Typewizz.com is an online web application that allows people to learn touch typing. It consists of a basic course that provides an interactive environment for learning the right fingering and a series of complementary exercises that allow the User to practice the speed and accuracy of their typing.

  2. Typewizz.com aims to offer people a web environment in which they quickly and easily learn to write with all their fingers.

  3. The application is designed for desktops and laptops using a keyboard. The functionality of the mobile is limited.

  4. The application offers two options for user accounts. Free user account, which contains basic features and ads, and the Typewizz paid account, which includes premium features.


3. Registration, Personal data, Cookies

I. Registration

  1. To successfully register and create a user account, you must provide us with basic registration information. By registering, you agree that your registration details will be accurate, complete, and true.

  2. By registering for the application you will get access to the free version (license). We are not responsible for any loss of your user name and password and misuse of your user account by a third party. In the event of such a situation, however, we will try to help you and protect your account as quickly as possible.

III. Cookies

  1. Information on how and why we use cookies can be found in our Cookie Policy.

4. License - Free, Paid

  1. By creating a user account you will have access to a free application license. This license contains the basic functions of the Application and Advertising. The main feature is the touch typing course through which the user gradually learns to type.

  2. You obtain a paid license by purchasing Typewizz (see item 5).

  3. Access to the free license lasts until you delete your user account.

  4. We reserve the right to change the content of both licenses in the future. But always for the better. We are constantly trying to improve the application. Therefore, there may be a change in the content of the exercises - the exercises will be added, removed, or replaced with others.

  5. There may be a textual or functional error in the exercises. If we find it during the review (or thanks to feedback from you), we undertake to remove it as soon as possible.

  6. We reserve the right to change the type of licenses - but again so that you as a User are not disadvantaged, or vice versa. If we change licenses, you will find out with sufficient time (at least 3 months in advance) on your e-mail. And we will make changes so that they may touch you positively.

  7. We reserve the right to terminate the entire Typewizz.com app. Of course, we probably never will, but if so, Users who have purchased a paid license within 3 months of the end of the Application will be refunded.

  8. Typewizz is a collective copyright work of Jiri Krepl and Stanislav Tomiga, which is protected under Act No. 121/2000 Coll. - Act on Copyright, Rights Related to Copyright, and on Amendment to Certain Acts (Copyright Act). Copying the content of the Application without the Provider's consent is therefore strictly prohibited.


5. Paid Typewizz

  1. Paid Typewizz (also “full license" or “full version") is a paid service (license) for premium users. By purchasing it, you will get all features that will make touch-typing easier.

  2. Just like the whole application paid Typewizz will gradually improve and expand. Again, always for the better. You will never lose the basic premium features that you have bought before.

  3. As the content of the paid Typewizz gradually expands, its price will change accordingly. Of course, if you buy a paid version once, you will get new features and improvements for free. If you buy Typewizz for the current price, and we add new features to it in the future, the price may go up, but you never be charged again. Any additional features and all new features will be automatically updated for free.

  4. Your paid account will expire if you delete your account in the settings.

  5. Typewizz license is currently for one person. Assigning a license to another person is a violation of the license agreement.


6. Application specifications and limitations

I. Application Specifications

  1. You need to be connected to the Internet to use the application. We are not responsible for the loss of “progress” gained in the Application course due to the loss of Internet connection. Of course, we are not responsible for the cost of connecting to the Application (for the cost of the Internet).

  2. For the smooth running of the Application, we recommend Microsoft Windows or Apple macOS with Google Chrome Internet Browser in the latest version available. We try to optimize the application for all Internet browsers, but the application may not work in some browsers. In that case, please try another web browser first and then let us know about it.

  3. If there is a major planned update to the Application, we agree to let you know at least two days in advance. You will be informed about new changes by e-mail.

  4. We are constantly updating our applications to ensure that your data and accounts are secure. However, if there is an attack on our Application, we undertake to let you know immediately. However, we reserve the right not to be held responsible for any such attack or possible misuse of data.

II. Application Restrictions

  1. Since the functioning of the Application is dependent on other entities (storage servers, hosting providers, etc.) from time to time, the Application may not function properly. If there is a mistake on our part, we undertake to react immediately and correct the mistake as soon as possible. You will be informed about the correction of the error on our Facebook page or by e-mail.

  2. The User is not entitled to compensation for a short-term limitation of the functionality of the Application or unavailability of some parts of the Application. In particular, it applies to situations beyond the Provider's control. These are third-party shutdowns on which the operation of the Application depends.

  3. If there is a scheduled downtime of the Application for more than 24 hours, either for third-party reasons or for our application maintenance, we will let you know at least 2 days in advance.


7. Price, Payment, and Complaints

I. Price

  1. The current price of the Typewizz license is 39 USD. The price of the Typewizz license may change in the future (with an increasing number of new features) (see Art. 5).

  2. The provider is not a VAT payer. The current price is therefore not subject to VAT.

II. Payment

  1. Payment for Typewizz can be made through the GoPay payment gateway, which provides us with the intermediation of payment transactions.

  2. We are not responsible for technical issues on the payment gateway side.

III. Complaint

  1. As a User (consumer) you are legally allowed to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.

  2. If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please write to us at info@nedatluj.cz, with your name and surname, the date of purchase, and the bank account number to which we should refund your money.

  3. You are also entitled to withdraw from the contract in writing at the registered office of the operator at Stanislav Tomiga, Mlynska 19/18, 798 17, Smrzice, Czech Republic.

  4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we undertake to return the money to your account within 14 days. We will send you a written confirmation of the completed claim process and a subsequent refund to your email.

  5. It is not possible to file a claim if 15 days or more have passed since the contract was concluded.
